Working with a British Real Estate developer for 4 years, in 2017 he was hired to Damac Properties one of the leading players in the Dubai real estate market. In 2019 he appointed to lead the sales team of Emaar properties in Istanbul, Turkey. After selling $ 300M + inventory with his team, Elchin founded his brokerage firm with his partner in Istanbul and Dubai.
Çağlar stepped in real estate industry back in 2015 with one of the largest British Developer in Dubai in Telemarketing department. After achieving top numbers, he led international teams conducting Road Shows in different countries, especially in Europe. Çağlar has been working in TOP real estate in Dubai as Damac Properties and EMAAR. He was reached in a managerial level in EMAAR operations in Turkey and sold a properties $100M +.He is a Co-Founder of Istanbul and Dubai firms.
